The Seminary was established in 2007, it is located along Maguey Road in Barangay San Luis in Antipolo City, which is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo under its shepherd, the Most Reverend Gabriel V. Reyes, DD with the Most Reverend Francisco M. De Leon, DD as the Auxiliary Bishop. The seminary began with forty-eight (48) First Year seminarians on June 2007, who came from the Province of Rizal and some in Manila area. For the academic year 2010-2011 came the first batch of graduates. ==Formators== When the seminary was erected, Rev. Fr. Mabini "Butch" O. Cabildo served as its first Rector from 2007-2010. When he celebrated his 10th sacerdotal anniversary (years in the priesthood), he was granted a sabbatical leave so the position was left vacant. Rev. Fr. Joselito "Lito" A. Santos, the Prefect of Discipline was assigned Acting Rector. On August 4, 2011, the feast of St. John Mary Vianney, Bishop Reyes appointed Fr. Jose Bautista, Rector of the Seminary. Rev.Fr. Mark Anthony Naval is the Prefect of Discipline, he was just ordained last October 15,2011 on the feast of St.Teresa of Avila. Rev. Fr. Cristopher Gonzales is the Spiritual Director and Confessor. S. Maria Julisa Jugadora, RVM serves as the Treasurer and S.
